3. Venue Selection: ProhiVision Productions will focus on researching and evaluating potential venues that can accommodate the desired event size and meet specific requirements. Factors such as location, capacity, amenities, and cost are considered in the decision-making process.

4. Vendor Management: ProhiVision Productions collaborates with our vendors and suppliers, such as caterers, florists, audiovisual technicians, photographers, and decorators, to secure their services for the event. We will negotiate contracts, review proposals, and manage the ongoing relationships with vendors.

5. Logistics Planning: This involves coordinating various logistical elements, including transportation, accommodations, equipment rentals, and technical setups. We will ensure that all necessary arrangements are made to facilitate a smooth flow of activities during the event.
